Starting to worry...

Although I know I really shouldn't. We leave in 7 days ( :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc ) and even though we've been to WDW in June around the same dates before, I'm beginning to worry about crowds. Reading through the boards I see that the restaurants are booked and even some of the resorts are (for certain days, not our whole trip). I'm not expecting anything out of the ordinary crowd-wise, but I'm beginning to doubt past experiences. Will it really be bad or am I just getting the pre-Disney jitters? All I'm lookin' for is a little reassurance. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Let me first start off by saying NOONE dreads crowds more than me!

However, even if it does turn out that you are going at a very crowded time, and you want to see and do as much as possible, PLEASE GET TO THE PARKS AT OPENING!!! Take advantage of EMH if you are staying on site, use FP at all times, you should always have a FP in your hands...it is true that 99.9% of the time you can use it AFTER the return time has ended, so you could walk around and collect them all day and use them all at once IF you wanted :smooth:

We just got back a week ago, and the first week we were there there were no crowds, then the last weekend it got very busy, but we were actually able to do and see everything and ride everything more than twice by doing all of the above. The biggest think is getting there early, I know its hard, youre on vacation, but it really is worth it if you want to take advantage of shorter waits, then you can take a break and go to the pools or take a nap, have lunch, shop, then go back for mroe fun n fireworks in the evening!

No matter what happens, EVEN if theres a HOARD of people and theres long lines, I Promise you will have a wonderful, magical time, with Pixie Dust a plenty - for you will be in the land of the mouse :wizard:

I hear the parks are crowded, but if you arrive early, use the FP system, and have all your ADR's set up you should be fine. Enjoy your trip....

We were there Thanksgiving week last year, and although it was very, very crowded, we got to the parks each day 45 minutes before opening and followed the touring plans from the Unofficial Guide to Disney to the letter, and we never waited in ANY LINE for more than 20 minutes. I swear by those touring plans. You can go to touringplans.com and for $6.95, I think, print all of their zillions of touring plans.
