Ok, I use Angelfire to host MOST of the images I post to the DIS. Up until recently, I had to convert everything to GIF files to host from there - those were the only ones that worked. GIF is what most of your animation and other graphics are saved as.
Well, what if you want to host JPG files? It won't - it just puts a white square that says hosted by Angelfire. right? Nope!
NOW, I have found a super secret back door don't you believe it way to host my jpg files there. And now I'm gonna share it with my DIS buddies. It's easy!
Instead of giving your files a JPG extension, give them an IMG extension. How? Upload your file, rename it so instead of jpg it has a img extension, and link like you normally would. Your images are now showing up! Surprise!
Works like a charm!
Good luck!
