We are planning on staying at WDW and then switching to Universal for the last 3 days. What is the best way to get to Universal? If we use a towncar service to get to WDW will they pick us up at Universal for the return trip to the airport? I'm starting to worry about getting places and our trip isn't until November!!

We are also spending our last 3 days at Universal. You can email any towncar company for a quote on a 3 leg trip -- MCO-WDW, WDW-USO, USO-MCO. All the towncar companies will do the WDW-USO trip, for prices ranging from $30-$50 or so. I've done some research and for us (3 adults, 2 kids) it looks like the only option other than renting a car [i.e. a taxi is too small and the Lynx bus service doesn't take luggage].

Good luck.

We did that two years ago and used the towncar service - MCO to Poly - Poly to Hard Rock Hotel - HRH to MCO. If I remember correctly it added about $30 to the trip but was well worth it!! Have fun and don't stress!!!!!

Thanks for taking time to answer my question. I figured I wasn't the only person to ever do this. At least I know it is possible to do this without alot of extra expense. As for not stressing.....stress is my middle name right along with trouble:p

I do this every time I go to Disney (except this year) but I always leave at least 2 days for UFO and stay at either Hard Rock or Royal Pacific (I find Portofino too far away). And each time I've had different car services and they are glad to do it!

We did this last December and instead of having to decide ahead of time what time we wanted to be picked up to transfer, we just used a taxi. It was $30 after tip, so about the same as a towncar. We just didn't know if we wanted another day or time to run to DTD or even just to sleep in. It was nice not having to rush to meet the car. We just stored our luggage, went to breakfast and then took one of the taxis that are waiting outside. No need for advance notice. We just had Cartier drop us off at All-Star Sports and pick us at the Royal Pacific
