Starting a Site Reviewing Disneyland Hotels

I have looked and looked, and I cannot find any legal info. on this.

I'd like to start a site that reviews Disneyland Resort Hotels, and Good Neighbor Hotels (based on my own experiences). And I've already figured not to use the Disneyland name in my domain; but I want to know if it's legal to review these hotels and give other Disneyland Hotel tips while also running ads on the site.

I don't know anything about the legality- But, just FYI, there is a hotel review section on these boards already including official Disneyland hotels and good neighbor hotels- for some reason not that many people have added reviews yet (it hasn't been up that long, probably 6 months).

Trip advisor and several other sites also do the same, so you would have heavy competition. Good luck, but I wouldn't be surprised if they removed this thread- since you are asking how to start a "competitive" site

It's legal, but if you don't do it just right you open yourself up to liable claims.
