I started weight watchers last Monday - which would have been February 28th. I had already posted a 5 pound goal for the St. Patty's Day challenge here and I was ready to get started. I use Saturday as my weigh in day and then use my flex points on the weekends. By weighing in on Saturday it motivates me to be good all week and save my flex points for the weekend when I'm more likely to cheat....so with the flex points I can. My first weigh-in I lost 5 pounds!! WooHoo!!! I'm so excited to weigh tomorrow I can't stand it. I did have a danish today that I haven't calculated the points (OH NO - it's going to be really high) but I'm going to stay on plan this evening and go scrapbook and have a great time!! Just wanted to share with you and by telling someone I have a little accountability. I'm going to start a Monday check-in thread if there isn't one already - just for myself, but anyone who wants to post to it is welcome!!
