4-430 pm is when they usually switch from the Lunch to Dinner menu, hence why they let guests in at 4pm for special events for ADRs, IE: MNSSHP, MVMCP, etc. Hope this helps.

At the opening of any shift at LeCelliers the staff all joins out front and sings Oh Canada. It is wonderful to experience.

They open at 4 pm.
