Ok July 9, 2012 I decided I would start to eat healthier again. I spent 7 days eating better - little or no processed sugar, white flour, protein, yogart, fresh fruit veggies. After one week I had gained 1 pound. I think my body is in starvation mode. Then I work an overnight shift of Thursday night. Usually takes about 12 hours to recover....I'm still having problems sleeping and staying awake. I think the detox effect is really kicking my butt. I decided to continue my better eating patterns in hopes that things get better. I'm really not able to exercise do to a hip/ soft tissue issue. I can do arm stuff so tonight I'm starting with free weights so I'm at least doing something.
