Stars and Motor Cars Parade

Is this parade a permanent highlight at MGM? I'm curious to know if it will likely be there for our May trip.

I was there in 2002 and they had it back then, so I imagine it will be around for awhile longer.
I believe they make periodic adjustments with new movies and special holidays.

It is a permanent feature at MGM. The only thing that may change is the time of the parade depending on how long park is opened for. I believe on an average the parade is at 5:00. It starts over the the Star Tours. Lightening McQueen and Tomator and the 2 new additons and should still be there when you visit. Enjoy it is a nice parade.

Ok...it is not Spectro-Magic, but what is?

I really like S&MC parade. It is simpler than the others but fun. We stand at the end, near the Crossroads of the World Kiosk. You get a great view of both sides of the parade as it goes around the bend and then to the exit. My wife got a nice hug from Sweetums and I got up real close to Jafar.

Remember most of the magic at Disney World is created by you. They can only do so much.

I sure hope Cars cars stick around until our trip. I was looking forward to seeing Mator. He is so cute with those "rabbit teeth"
