Unfortunately, no, they are gone with the restaurant.

I've been trying to track down their red velvet cheesecake cupcake but alas.............

The only red velvet cupcakes I found over Labor Day weekend were at Zuri's Sweets Shop in Animal Kingdom Park, and in the gift shop on the Boardwalk (not to be confused with the Boardwalk Bakery). This one was in the Boardwalk gift shop, but the one in Zuri's looked exactly the same.
