Starring Rolls Bakery question

On the allearsnet menu they have a tenderloin sandwich listed at Starring Rolls ~ I assumed it was beef tenderloin but my sister is thinking it might be pork. Can anyone tell me for sure because we are trying to plan out our counter service meal here? Thanks!!

Bumping this back up for you. I had lunch there last June, but I had the veggie sandwich and my sister had the turkey, so I don't know the answer to your question. I can tell you our choices were very good.

Poking around the web I found references to a beef tenderloin sandwich at Starring Rolls along with a one or two other items that are similiar to the current menu, so my guess is that it is still a beef tenderloin. And thinking about it, pork tenderloin sandwiches usually mean a fried pork tenderloin which would not hold up as well in a stored mode.
