I almost posted this under strategies... 🤣 because in DL we have a serious strategy for getting our starbucks each morning at Market House and on Buena Vista St before rope drop.

seriously though... where can I find Starbucks in each park at WDW? Of course the annoying stationary rule makes things trickier but coffee is necessary. Also Is it in any resorts?

I've been 3 times post Covid (Oct, Jan, and March) Here's what I've seen at "rope drop" for each park:

  • Animal Kingdom: Creature Comforts (rarely busy at rope drop because people are rushing to Pandora)
  • Magic Kingdom: Main Street Bakery (usually busy with a LONG line)
  • Hollywood Studios: Trolley Car Cafe (busy but not as busy as Main Street Bakery) (most people are heading to Slinky, ToT, etc.)
  • Epcot: Traveler's Cafe (on the edge of Future World at World Showcase) (usually not terribly busy since Epcot doesn't open til 11 AM)

Great list above for you but if it doesn't have to be Starbucks and just coffee, each park also has Joeffry's carts and stands located throughout.
Unfortunately it has to be sbux. I’m from Eastern WA (have to preface that, don’t want people thinking I’m a lib from the west side lol) I just like sbux coffee 🤣 I’ve never even heard of Joeffry’s šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Hmmmm so at DL we can get our coffee on Main Street and still make rope drop because Main Street opens before rope drop, which is at the hub. Is that not the case At MK? Thank you for this list by the way!! Exactly what I needed!

If the park opens at 9 am, Main Street will open up around 8:15 am and you can get in line. And like someone else said not only is the line long is moves at a snail's pace because of distancing measures while waiting for food/drinks after ordering.

And also, they aren't doing rope drop like they used to as they don't want crowds to gather - so some of the rides are opening with the park and people are heading to those lines. In the "Here Now & Back" thread, they are sharing what rides are opening pre-park.

Boo. So tired of this. (Covid) Might have to make do with spark and my hub can drink in room coffee. At least until after we’ve ridden some headliners.

I totally hear you!!

We used to travel a lot for work and if my hotel doesn't have a coffee maker, I've purchased a cheap automatic drip coffee maker so that I can brew it in the room. This can be a good choice if you're having a grocery/Amazon delivery...

Yeah pre-COVID you could get into MK hour before opening to shop/grab coffee/enjoy Main Street and because they'd hold people until actual rope drop, you could do it without ride lines piling up. Now it's just not worth it.
