Do the Starbucks in IoA and CityWalk accept Starbucks giftcards? I know the one at CBBR did last summer but I've read conflicting reports.

The ones in IoA and USO did as of last month, we didn't visit one in CityWalk.

Yes. All Starbucks in parks and at Citywalk accept Starbucks gift cards.
