Starbucks Main Street Bakery and QS credit?

I understand that all beverages at the Main Street Bakery are considered snacks, but I'm wondering if we get a sandwich does that count as a snack or can we make a meal out of it with a side, dessert and drink?

The sandwiches are not a snack, but I think you can get them for a QS credit. Problem is they are breakfast sandwiches and with breakfast credits you only get the entree and a drink, there is no side/dessert given for a breakfast credit. So you would only get the sandwich and a drink. With all the rumored changes going on, this could change too.
