No, Starbucks doesn’t exist during this current construction timeframe.

It's gone. I have not heard if they are putting one back in. I imagine they will at some point.

I love the Starbucks English Breakfast Tea Latte. Believe me, that gets me through some tired times when I'm home and out shopping and in Disney. I missed not having it at Epcot this year. The tea lattes are so good. I realize I could go to Joffrey's and get a tea bag and some hot water, but not the same as the actual tea latte drink. Maybe they'd make one...I never asked.
