Starbucks gift cards in the parks?

Do they accept Starbucks gift cards at the coffee places inside DL and CA? Or just Disney gift cards? I haven't been since they switched and I'm trying to keep my wallet as light as possible, but have lots of gift cards to spend! Thanks.

I believe they accept them and they will count as stars towards your rewards (if you have a registered gift card) but won't allow you to cash in a reward for something (at the ones inside the parks)

As the PPs have said, you can use Starbucks Gift Cards, including the the app, to purchase items at the two in park Starbucks locations (if you have an AP, you can also get your AP discount). You'll earn points/stars, but you cannot redeem rewards. Also, they usually do not participate in any of the special offers/discounts/promotions being offered at the regular Starbucks locations. You can redeem rewards at the Starbucks locations in DTD. I've used the Starbucks app (my gift cards were linked to the app) many times and haven't had any problems.

You can use your Starbucks card at the stores inside Disneyland and California Adventure and if you have an AP, you will get a discount too! I do not know about the ones in DTD though.
