Can starbucks GCs be used at Main Street Bakery? And if so, can it be used on any items or only specific 'starbucks' items?

YEs, you can use Starbucks GCs on Main Street...you just cannot redeem stars there.

No limitations - they'll take Starbucks gift cards on anything at that register, including coffee mugs. They'll also take disney gift cards. You do receive Annual Passholder and DVC discounts on merchandise, but not on food/drinks.
