I have a genuine "store credit" starbucks card that was given to me when I complained about the un-starbucks-like behavior and attitude of a store employee when I asked to have my drink re-made once. I doubt she realized at that moment I had the business card of the district manager in my wallet (let's just say I was a VERY regular (read = addicted) customer) and my blackberry at my waist...
