I'm going to be sailing on the Fantasy Jan 30th....does anybody know if there will be a star wars day at sea for this 7 night cruise?

This really belongs on the DCL board, but here's what the DCL website says:
One Epic Day, 8 Select Sailings
Star Wars Day at Sea is exclusive to the Disney Fantasy on select Western Caribbean sailings, January through April in 2016.
Departure dates from Port Canaveral are as follows:

• January 9, 2016
• January 23, 2016
• February 6, 2016
• February 20, 2016
• March 5, 2016
• March 19, 2016
• April 2, 2016
• April 16, 2016

So, no your Jan 30 cruise will not have a Star Wars At Sea day.
