Star Wars Weekend 07 (Merchandise Info. added)

Hey Folks: The February '07 Mickey Monitor (annual passholder newsletter) has Star Wars Weekends listed for every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in June. Looks like May is out for this year.

I have yet to see this, maybe will be in the mialbox today :)

Since we're all booked for mid-May, I'm hoping they'll say May, too, but I don't have my hopes up.

Would you mind posting the response you get back? We're booked for mid-May too, hoping for the SWW. I'm not changing my dates to June this late!

I have a feeling I won't hear from them until the "official" dates are announced, but thought it was worth a try.

I'll post any response I get here as soon as there's word.:wizard:

I got this on another Disney website's front page. Not sure why I can't find it anywhere else yet.

There goes my memorial day weekend trip.

The dates have been officially released by Disney Media.

2007 event dates are;
June 1-3, 8-10, 15-17 & 22-24

May the Force Be with you!

Where did you find that info? I can't find anything anywhere.

I'm going to merge this thread with the Star Wars rumors thread so we'll have all of the info in one place.

This is disappointing news. I'm just so glad I didn't tell DS about SWW or else he would have been really upset. I just wonder if there will be a lot of people scrambling to change their vacation dates.

We got lucky for sure. We planned for the first week of June. We are going to hit MGM twice for sure.

I bet there are some people making changes.

Anyone making changes?

The first I could even to go SWW was 2nd week of June. I really thought I would miss it.

Should be a blast -- will catch two weekends!

We were hoping for SWW (in May) as well,:sad1: but I have to look at the bright side :sunny: . . . maybe MGM will be a little less busy on the weekends in May. I got 32 cent R/T flights, :hyper: so there's NO WAY we're changing our dates. We went to SWW last year and had a blast . . . I will miss it:sad2:

I can't believe we lucked into it this year!:cool1: Does anyone know if they post the daily schedules in advance? We have Sat dinner ressies at Emeril's but we just may need to change those.

I went last year and don't think the schedule of events was published prior to the first weekend. They do release the names of the Star Wars celebrities who will be attending each weekend in advance. Seems like it was about six weeks in advance last year.

This is last years schedule (from allearsnet):
