Star wars things to do at Hollywood studios?

I see by looking at the website that is the launch bay, films and a show plus training like a jedi? is that it? I am going this sunday November 20th and was wondering if there was a special event that day? how do I see if there is? I have a 6 year old daughter that LOVES star wars
