Star Wars Related Things?

I read a few trip reports that talk about eating at Rebel Hanger, or a Galactic breakfast, and other Star Wars related things... are things like that only during those 5 Star Wars weekends? I'm just wondering if there's anything aside from Star Tours and the gift shop that's Star Wars related?

Those things are only available during SWW. The only other thing SW that they do on a daily basis that I'm aware of is the JTA for kids.

Unfortunately, those are all currently just during Star Wars Weekends. The only things that are always there for Star Wars are in DHS. It's Star Tours, the ride, and Tataouine Traders, the gift shop. However, rumor has it that announcements will be made at the D23 convention in August about more Star Wars stuff at Disneyland and DHS.

EDIT: As PP said, JTA (Jedi Training Academy) is always there. I forgot about it.

If the rumors are true, DLR and DHS will have a huge Star Wars presences, hopefully within the next 7 years or less. So, it's not great now, but hopefully it will happen. You could also try and go during Star Wars Weekends. That's what we are doing next year, and believe me, June 2016 can't come fast enough. They also do stuff at DHS for May the 4th Be with You and Revenge of the 5th. DLR has a Star Wars half marathon with the characters, but I don't know when that it.
