A couple of questions about Star Wars related things.

1) Do they have the Jedi training at DL like they do at MGM?

2) Do they have a build your own lightsaber thing at DL like they do at WDW?

Is Jedi Training a 365 day a year thing at MGM? I thought it was seasonal.

It runs several times a day every day at DL (check out the DL Calender for exact times). Here is a thread with alot of discussion & tips:

Yep...Jedi Training is an every day thing now at MGM. I think they kept it in place after last years Star Wars Weekends.

I have no idea what the build your own lightsaber thing is at WDW......an organized activity? My son bought a $50-ish build your own lightsaber kit at Startraders in DL.

They have this crazy setup at a big toy store in DTD, or so I've read, where you go along an assembly line and build a light saber, completely with light ring things. And you get batteries and even a pin, I believe.

Yep, the "build your own" is basically like the Build your Own Potato Head at EnginEars in DCA. It's also very much like the Ultimate Lightsaber kit they had at Target 2 or 3 years ago, and probably like what was mentioned above at StarTraders. It's $19.95 and has one or two extra pieces outside of the Ultimate Kit. (My sons got the Ultimate Kit for Christmas 2 years ago, and when they saw the build your own stuff at Once Upon A Toy at DTD at WDW, they said "no thanks", since it was only a couple of different pieces.
