we are going to the world in May 2016. I know there is no more star wars weekends, but I'm wondering if there are Star Wars character meals still? Or meet and greets?

No meals at this time.
There is a special character M&G for Disney Visa cardholders, but nothing for the general public, and that may not yet be happening by June.

1) Nope, none planned.
2) Of course, "Subject to Change".

No indication at this time that there will be any Star Wars meals in 2016. With SWW being discontinued, there isn't any way to speculate whether the meals will return independent of the weekends.

when the Launch Bay opens, isn't that supposed to include some character meets?
