Star Wars Launch Bay?

Can anyone give me some information about what character/s are currently available at the Launch Bay? I realize they could change before my trip at the end of next month, but we're under 30 days now, so woohoo!

I'm dying to have my photo taken with Kylo Ren, if possible, but might do other characters as well. I haven't been in the building since it became the Launch Bay because I'm a newer SW fan, but now I'm a little nutty.

Anyway, how are the lines in there?

Any tips or advice you can tell me, I'd appreciate it. I think we'll probably end up in there mid-day, unless that's a horrible idea.

Per the app its Boba Fett, Chewbacca and Darth Vader today.

On a good day, you can get Kylo Ren, Darth Vader, Rey, Chewbacca, and Boba Fett at the Launch Bay.

Kylo Ren and Darth Vader are on the designated "Dark Side," while Rey and Chewbacca are, of course, on the designated "Light Side." Wait times for these 4 are posted outside of their queues; typically, Kylo Ren and Rey tend to have shorter wait times (5-10 minutes), while Darth Vader and Chewbacca can sometimes have wait times up to 30 minutes.

Check the app for scheduling, but at least Darth Vader and Chewbacca are available from the opening of the Launch Bay until about 30 minutes before park closing daily. I typically go on Sundays, which makes it more likely to find all 4 Light Side/Dark Side folks on base.

Boba Fett makes more sporadic appearances daily at the cantina; either he's there or he's not. If you want to meet him, check the app for his meet schedule.

Can you tell me where I find that in the app? I've never wanted to do the character experience before, so I'm clueless and I'm not seeing it straight away.

On the first screen, if you click the map at the top it makes it bigger. Then at the top of the map it has a filter that starts as 'attractions', and shows wait times, but if you click it you can pick 'characters' instead and the map shows where the characters are. Right now I can see Cinderella and Snow White are at Royal Hall and if you click one, it gives you more details.

Boo, are Kylo Ren and Rey only available on weekends right now? Our park days are Monday and Tuesday, so it looks like I might miss them.

I'm looking at the app periodically and I only see Vader, Chewbacca, and Boba Fett right now for today.

I'm looking at the app periodically and I only see Vader, Chewbacca, and Boba Fett right now for today.

With the reduced hours this week, during the week, that may, unfortunately, be the case. However, the hours for the parks are kind of fluid; the next two Mondays have more summer-like hours (8am-11pm on the 11th and 9am-11 pm on the 18th), so that may be more encouraging.

Here's hoping that all the Launch Bay characters will be there when you go!

That’s been the case during our more recent trips (everyone on weekends but only Chewie & Vader on weekdays). It didn’t use to be like that though. Maybe it’s just based on predicted crowd levels. Good luck.
