Star Wars Launch Bay hours

Hi, I just want to reconfirm the hours of the Launch Bay. Does it always open at 10am regardless of what time the park opens? If I don't get there right at 10, will I have long waits to meet the characters? Is it busy all day?

It opens at 10 each day. The lines may be long, but I haven't had to wait longer than 30 minutes to see Chewbacca. I would imagine it is shortest right at opening.

Following - would love to know what the lines are like in the afternoons.

I think it depends on when you go - we were there Feb 29th and we went right in to meet them, there was one party already meeting both Chewie and Kylo and then we were next - so no line whatsoever, this was around 10:30AM. On March 3rd I returned and again, one person ahead of me to meet Chewie, this was around 2PM and my kids returned to meet Chewie on March 4th and waited 5 minutes in the middle of the afternoon.
