Star Wars in May...what goes on?

Hi
Are there certain parks that will have activities during Star Wars weekend in May. We might be there during that time and wont be doing star wars stuff. I thought that it might be less crowded at other parks depending on the events. In other words, will it be crazy busy on those days?

The Star Wars "event" is at HS on Friday, Sat, and Sun. The other parks won't have Star Wars themes.
