I do agree that Luke's "diaper" was a little disturbing but just a little correction....it was the Ice Creature on Hoth that messed up his face, not the Rancor.

DH and I always quote SW. My favorite is when I do something stupid and DH stars laughing at me....I tell him to "laugh it up fuzzball" and I call him a scruffy looking nerfhearder too.

Just want to say, sorry about the burn but the tie fighter thing is just, well, cool. LOL. Also, whoever mentioned Luke in a speedo - yeah, I'm quite content with that thought. I have friends that think Luke is a geek but I love me some Luke Skywalker.

Which is your favorite book? I don't own any except for a few by Timothy Zahn but I've read most of them and particularly liked Tatooine Ghost. Do you like Clone Wars era novels too? I loved Shatterpoint.

I think you're right. The Rancor was that thing he killed to save Leia at Jabba The Hutt's place.

I need to go on Ebay to see if I can find one, but I remember as a child having a plastic bubble-bath bottle that was shaped like Jabba with a screw off head. My dad bought it for me (although I think it was supposed to be for 'boys', thus the Jabba bottle. More manly. ).

I think you're right. The Rancor was that thing he killed to save Leia at Jabba The Hutt's place.

I've read most of the EU books with the exception of the X-Wing series. I'm trying to get through them, but tech stuff isn't my specialty.

I loved Dark Lord: The Rise of Vader and can't wait for Allegiance by Timothy Zahn - January 31st!

I love love love I, Jedi and Children of the Jedi. (11-13 years afte ANH)

I am currently reading Labyrinth of Evil which leads right up to Revenge of the Sith. Next in line is Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader. Shatterpoint was really good!!! I really liked Outbound Flight and The Cestus Deception.

Waiting (not so patiently) for the next Legacy of the Force book to come out..........

Awww. Kinda makes me wish my scanner were working. When DH and I took our honeymoon trip to WDW back in 99, we were waiting in line for Star Tours when Wicket came out. He was seated on the ground (taking a picture with a smallish child...maybe 4-5) and I ended up sitting on the ground next to him in my picture too.
