Sure. A good place is back from the DHS gate on the walking path to EPCOT. But they can be seen from all over too. On our last trip, I could see them from inside EPCOT/World Showcase by Norway as we were waiting for Illuminations to start. And I could see them from the Magic Kingdom as we were walking from the buses to the front gate. I have also seen them from Top of the World Lounge on top of Bay Lake Tower. Of course, Hollywood Blvd inside DHS is the best viewing location.

You can..but the current fireworks are synced with music which makes them that much better. So you'll need to be in the park or right outside the front gate to hear it.

The new fireworks show coming soon will have projections and stuff as well so you'll need to be inside the park
