Star Wars Fireworks and Brown Derby reservation

We are going to be in Disney the second week of September and have been making dinner reservations this morning. Very frustrating that there are no schedules available for the parks and firework times for planning purposes.

Does anyone know what time the fireworks are likely to be? 9:00? 9:30?
and
What reservation time at HBD would allow a leisurely meal and enough time to grab a prime viewing spot (i've read that you need to be at the "prime" location an hour before).

Right now I have a 6:30 reservation.

Last September, Star Wars: A Galactic Specatular (which is a mostly projection show with fireworks/pyro accents) was at 10pm through 9/25 then 9pm the rest of the month. September still had some later than average park closings at DHS in the wake of TSL opening earlier in the summer. In 2017 it was 9:30pm for most of the month with the last week’ish being 9pm.

With SWGE partially opening 8/29 and DHS park hours being a big unknown in September at the moment, I’d say it’s hard to predict when (and I’m assuming if for these purposes) they’ll run the evening spectacular so unfortunately you’ll have to plan to the best you can and keep a close eye on schedules as we get closer, in my opinion.
