Star Wars Fever Dream

Hate this idea but only because I don't think Tomorrowland is big enough and I'd like to see more then a small handful of original rides. Of course I'm one of the folks who'd like to see a Starwars 5th gate. In reality though I think we're looking at a HS expansion. Just can't wrap my brain around who they're going to get around Muppets without scraping it. Guess we'll see!

Oh I agree. I just thought it was funny the way it was "Initially" stated.

As I stated in a previous post. I could see how Star Wars COULD be integrated in Tomorrowland but I can also see why it shouldn't be. Also I don't think MK needs an "Additional" item that can have a significant draw. Certainly not as much as DHS or Epcot! Can't really see Star Wars (Land) in AK either.
I think that it could be adapted to fit AK as well as Avatar if done right. After all who wouldn't enjoy riding a Taun Taun or petting a Bantha? ;)

I really wonder if either Avatar or Star Wars belongs there though. I'm looking forward to Avatar but if I start thinking too much about the "fit" I could drive myself crazy. :)

One word: no

Disney will not do a whole park on a single IP
I would only like to see a whole park done for one IP if someone can land Lord of the Rings. That world needs it's own space. That will likely never happen though.

Ah, one of my two "dream scenarios" a Lord of the Rings World (not land, WORLD!) and a Doctor Who land (I'd settle for ride, but it could do so much more).

Star Wars in THEORY could be an EXCELLENT, seperate park of its own. But it will never ever happen.

But we can dream! I mean, each section of the park can be a different planet from the series (Tatooine desert...Hoth snow...etc.).
There are so many possibilities!

But back to the real world, I'm really curious as to what the general look and setting of Star Wars land at HS is going to be.
I think it makes most sense to model it after Tatooine (desert planet) since it was the most prominent location in the films. Any thing else could be indoor areas (ie a Death Star interior aesthetic for an attraction or gift shop).
