Do you mean inside the building? Or just the area?

I've seen pictures of it being held outside, but when we went it was in an air-conditioned tent just outside of launch bay and was wonderful!

We'd like to do it again, but I'm not interested in being entirely outside.

Can anyone confirm where the "standard" location is?

The dessert portion has been located inside the building of Launch Bay the four different times we have done it.

We just did it earlier this month and it was held inside SWLB.

I am not sure if they are moving the dessert party to the courtyard but they did walk us out to the courtyard about a 1/2 hour before the show. We were put in the area where Mickey's hat used to be.

The only party held inside the Chinese Theater Courtyard is the Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam! party. As others have posted, the SW dessert party takes place inside the Launch Bay.
