Star Wars characters

Thank goodness! I had no idea. I thought the whole thing was going to be Mickey in different Star War costumes. Like each day a different movie kind of thing. Happy it’s there for the fans though.

Mickey friends no longer dress as any SW characters. We've done 3 SW cruises, last one was Jan 2020. On the SW day, they only have SW characters. You'll see all the usual Disney characters on the other days of the cruise. I'm like you, know all about the princesses, but nothing about the SW stuff.

Aw, really? The UK cruises over the summer had Marvel Days at Sea and the Disney characters wore Marvel-themed shirts and stuff. It'd be fun to have them dress up for Star Wars, too!

The info in the link they sent about MDAS indicates that the Fab 5 + will be "Marvel bounding" on our cruises.

When they first did SWDAS, the fab 5 did dress up, but they haven't for the past few yrs. I don't know why they stopped. We did SWDAS cruises in 2017, 2019, and 2020 and none of the regular Disney characters were dressed as SW or even out on that day. I Wonder why they can dress for Marvel, but not SW. I heard it has to do with licensing, but don't know if that's true.
