Yes, but the FP machine are not. If you have small kids with you, I would suggest running through some of the rides at FL since none of those have FP. I would do FL rides, then maybe 5 min before MM is over, head over to the FP entrance of Star Tours, grab a FP when DL is officially open, then ride ST. You'll have a ST FP to use later. Have fun!

Then when you get off ST go to Space and grab a FP there
OK actually the timing probably won't be exactly right for that...but you could go ride Autopia or Nemo and then grab a FP for Space
