Has anyone used them? I going to the HRH and my daughter, a baby, is allergic to milk, but can tolerate lactaid. Anyway, the hotel told me to call two days prior and the manager would get it for me.

Do you know if there's an additional charge for this besides the price of the lactaid?

Any suggestions? thanks.

I did use star services and they were terrific. My son also needed something but I cant remember what it was and again, excellent. I would call when you should and make the request. The service is the best. There wont be a charge for getting the milk but maybe for purchasing it and even there Im not sure they will charge you. When we used these services I recall my husband tipping them. If you keep it in the room does it have to stay cold?

Yea, it does need to stay cold, I'm going to try and get a refrigerator for it. What else have people used their services for? Thanks!

We got a "sound machine" and also an "anti-snore pillow" at RPR. There was supposed to be a $35 deposit on the sound mach. but we were never charged for it. Son wanted to get the exercise barbells but they weren't available. We found the phone calls to Star Serv. to be very pleasant with whomever answered always greeting us by name.
