Star rating for deluxe?

Would the deluxe hotels at disneyland be rated a 4 star or 5 star or somewhere inbetween?

Disney doesn't have any AAA 5-Diamond award winners. The following hotels are 4-Diamond: Beach Club, Yacht Club, and the Grand Floridian. The Swan is also listed as a 4-Diamond.

Paradise Pier and Disneyland Hotel are 3 star.

Grand Californian is 4 star. Having stayed at GCH and DLH, I would mostly agree although I think that GCH would have earned 5 stars if the room size were bigger. Everything else about it is very upscale.

Yes, I see that now. This was originally posted in the WDW Forum and then moved. After seeing that it was moved, I noticed they were talking about Disneyland. I guess I should have read more closely.
