Not exactly a huge piece of news, from the Orlando Sentinel:

Walt Disney World has signed up a new corporate sponsor: Stanley Works.

The New Britain, Conn.-based tool manufacturer has signed a multiyear contract making it the “official tool provider” at Disney World and ensuring its brand is on view throughout the giant resort.

Could be some interesting Innoventions exhibits in Epcot from this... I was surprised how fun the Waste Management exhibit was- imagine what they could do with power tools!

So much for Tool Time with Binford tools. :surfweb:

I'm thinking something to do with Handy Manny. I think he is about to explode bigtime on the Disney scene.

I wonder if that's why Test Track is down for a brief rehab, to swap out all the Craftsman tools for Stanley...

My great grandfather worked for Stanley tools years and years ago. Maybe there'll be some type of display when we go in April..... a few pictures would be cool for the scrapbooks. Although I do live in CT and have driven by their headquarters many times!
