Who else loves this show?

DS watches it while he's getting ready for school in the morning. If I'm not too busy, I watch it with him.

It's adorable and educational. We learn neat facts from it all the time. We especially appreciated the episode about dogs--we learned a couple of things about our own canine.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!

But alas, DD is getting out of it. She still likes Stanley, he just isn't her favorite anymore. I hope Stanley is still around when DS is old enough.

But we still take pictures of animals when ever we go to a zoo, or aquarium to add to her great big book of everything.

We also have our own Great Big Book of Everything! I love that show, especially since I'm a big animal lover myself. DS-4 really learns alot. Sometimes he'll just see an animal and come out with a fact that blows everyone away! For example, after seeing a picture of an owl he told his teacher "That's an owl, he's nocturnal" And then proceeded to tell his preschool class exactly what nocturnal meant.

One of my neighbors admitted that she watches the show sometimes by herself since her kids are teenagers LOL

I'm a little afraid someone's going to yell at me for putting the "Everything" song in their head for the afternoon. It does get to you.

But still, we love the animal facts you pick up from the show.

It's funny you mention Stanley.
I noticed this morning for the first time he used the word "Stupid" which is a bad word in our house. I definitely expected more from Stanley. Where is Barney when you need him??? I guarantee Barney would never say "Stupid".

I've never seen the show, but I met Stanley at AK in November.
