"Stanley" fountain in Cars Land

Settle a disagreement in our family. Is the Stanley fountain a drinking fountain or a water feature?

If it's the one I'm picturing, it's a water feature in front of the Cozy Cone where the cars do their meet and greets.

Haha, I believe it is a decorative fountain, but maybe drinking fountains are 'in the eye of the beholder'?!

When we saw it, someone had balanced two nickels in Stanley's eyes to give him pupils!

It's definitely not a water fountain....unless you're really thirsty and climb up to get a drink. But you may get kinda wet.

Haha oh well, free treated water never hurt nobody. But I will say, it really bothers me that the area right there is a stroller disaster. It really takes away from the themeing...
