Our friends and I sent our paperwork in together and they got their vouchers today. Everything they got as far as updates, we did too. They had an e-mail saying, VERIFIED and Print Vouchers

Mine says:

Already Volunteered and Verified
This volunteer previously signed up for the program and the volunteer activity was verified as completed. Although this volunteer may continue to volunteer, only one voucher is provided to redeem for a theme park ticket.

If you have a question, please call the Guest Call Center at 407-827-5990.

I never got an e-mail or a print voucher option.

I called to ask and they said give it two weeks...

Any one else get this??? To me it seems like they think I'm signing up twice or something???

I got that exact same update, but it was on my second volunteering thing. (I missed the part in the terms and conditions saying that you could only get one voucher.) I even called to make sure there was no way for me to get a second voucher since we just intend to use ours for FP and was told in no uncertain terms that the first one I got would be the only one.

For you, it's odd for it to say that when you've only done one volunteer effort. I'd give it a short while and then keep calling. You should definitely get the voucher for the work you did.

After getting worried more and more I called Disney. They said I am in the system for some reason twice and most likely will not be sent an e-mail for vouchers, however, I am verified and can still pick up my tickets/passes at the parks.

I called Disney and the cast member told me the voucher is not the "official proof". When the voucher is presented to them, they cross reference the name on the voucher with their computer which shows your service and verified date through hands on network. That's why they need ID to prove who you are against the computer and not just accepting ID with the voucher.

Makes sense but I'll still be nervous. We are getting the FP option and not passes. It was still a great experience for your family to do!!

Makes sense, since it wouldn't be all that difficult for people to just produce fake vouchers without volunteering and show up with an ID to collect their tix. :scared:

It was the same for the birthday option. You could pre-register and have a printed voucher to take in, but you didn't HAVE to have it.

Yup, this happened to me. I had typed my email wrong then tried to correct it. My voucher went to the account with the bad email. I called the Guest Call Center and they were terrific and knew exactly what happened and told me the account I typed wrong and got my voucher. Go ahead and call.

May be this happened...I'll wait at least a week to see if I get verification and contact them if I don't...2 of our kids have days left so FP for them and the rest of us will use the voucher for an admission ticket:cool1:

I really doubt my voucher will find it's way to me. If anyone is having this problem I would just call the # they provide. The first time I called the lady asked if it had been two weeks and I said no. She told me to wait and call back. So I waited, two hours, and couldn't stand it and called back again. this time the cast member heard my confusion and asked me for some info, put me on hold to look it up and came back with the answer.

When hearing I would not get a voucher he explained how it will be looked up at he parks and not to worry at all. The I told him we are not traveling to WDW till October and I was worried they would bypass the 1 million by then and we would not get to use them. He said it's the first 1 million verified in the computer, not visitors. We were indeed verified on the 22nd of January and safe to get our tickets.

I have no idea if they will open it up to more than the 1 million, but I would think they would have to draw the line somewhere. That is very generous on Disney's part and appreciated by so many of us!!

Well, now my manage account says the same as the OP. I called and they are forwarding my information to one of their account specialists, so I'm waiting to hear back. Hopefully all will be fine and I'll be able to get my tickets when we're there in April...

I'll be anxious to hear what they tell youpopcorn::popcorn::popcorn::

Well, I just got off the phone with Guest Sevices and they have told me the same as the above posters. I probably won't be able to print a voucher, but I am verified in the system, so I should take my ID to the park and they will be able to see me and get me the ticket/fastpass. I was hoping to have a copy of the voucher for my scrapbook, oh well, as long as it works out:goodvibes

I'm there 4/11 so I'll let you all know how it goes.:thumbsup2

Hope it all work as easy as they make it sound! I will be waiting to hear from you and hoping for the best, for all of us in this situation!!! Good luck and have a magical time:wizard::wizard::wizard:
