Saw this listed on the mobile web site at 10:40 a.m. this morning. Who would stand in line for 3 hours for 1 ride.

I've waited three hours but only when it first opened because I was determined to ride the darned thing early on. Wouldn't do it now! Front line probably isn't bad; for some reason, people don't clamor for the front row on the Rockit like on other coasters. There are usually people in line but I've never seen it crazy long even with crazy wait times.

Probably the same type person who would 3 hours for TSM at DHS. :rotfl:

We waited about 75 minutes once in the singles line. We were warned it might take that long. At first we didn't believe them then as time wore on we started thinking that we've already wasted this much time so may as well wait it out. Wouldn't do it again the ride isn't really that good.

They do that. If the park closes at 6pm, you get in line at 5:59 and it's a 2 hour line they will keep it running until you get your turn.

I was at the park today and saw that line fluctuate between 2 & 3 hours  I like that ride but would never wait that long for any ride.. many of the rides had long waits..120-175 minutes seem to be the standard times shown for most. R3 was the exception, they went to the 3 hour mark..180!

:lmao::lmao: more crazy r the people that wait that long for a 1 minute ride lol :lmao:

180 for RRR is only slightly longer than the WDW waits this week

Monday 12/28 EPCOT Soarin' 160, TT 110, MS 90
Wed 12/30 DHS TSM 160, RnR 135, TT 100

Just wondering if this is what we can expect on a regular basis when Harry Potter opens up. I am looking forward to HP land but not if it will mean this kind of wait times for everything.

I was at the parks the 28th and 29th and saw the same wait times. I was amazed to see Shrek at 120 minutes! We stayed onsite and the wait times for the coasters with express were around 40 minutes. A little longer than I expected, but way better than 2-3 hours! I did find Monday night to be incredibly empty. Not sure if it was the cold or if everyone just headed out at 6PM.

Most likely a little of both.. by the time 6pm came around, the cold weather really came in...;) I was going to go for tonight, but changed my mind.. didn't want to deal with crowds and the cold damp weather.

Ready4mouse asked about the "FOTL wait" so I read Barb's response and she mentioned the front row...just wanted to make sure.

Brain fart! Dunno how I mixed up FOTL with front row...probably because my poor brain has accepted that FOTL ain't never gonna happen.
