standard room at AKL question

I have to admit - at first I was bummed about the no bunk beds... We checked into our rooms, went and saw them, saw that there were no bunk beds and went back to the front desk to ask for the possibilty of getting a room with bunk beds.

We were told that nothing was available but if we wanted to upgrade to a savannah room (with bunk-beds) the price difference was around $500. We stayed in out standard (wall ) view room.

Like I said, in the end it turned out to be a blessing. I would be wary about getting your sites sets on bunk beds, it is a very popular request. There is no guarentee....

I we don't get bunk beds, I'll have to take the black circles under my eyes to the lobby and beg for bunks. If that doesn't work, I'll try crying.

I know it's only a request and my chances are better in a poolview since there are more rooms to pick from. I'll have fingers and toes crossed as well, but it will all be good because I won't be at work and I'll be in the Mouse's House
