Standard linens at Whitehall room?

Can anyone tell me what color the standard linens are for the Whitehall room? Are they white? If I wanted ivory will I have to order them? What are the prices for the linens? For example, if I wanted floor length ivory plain table cloths, how much do they charge per table?

I believe you can choose between white and ivory at no additional charge.
