Standard 2Br at Kidani help with room request

We will be in a 2BR standard at kidani - We likely won't be spending much time in the room, but would like a somewhat decent view. I believe some can have a parking lot view, are there any particular requests that i can make to hopefully not get a parking lot view?

Would it be best to put in a request with MS? can this be done via chat or do i have to call?

I looked at what is available to put on MDE and it is very basic (high floor, near elevator etc) I'd like to put in a request that is more specific.

Any help is appreciated!

If your luck is at all like mine, ask for a parking lot view, that will insure you will not get one. I never get what I request. LOL!!!

Call or email* MS and make one of the following room requests: (a) near the Rafiki elevator and higher floor, or (b) near the Pumba elevator. The first would give you a view overlooking the pool area and the shortest possible trip from any room to a gate entering the pool area. The second would give you a Pembe savanna view in a standard room converted from savanna view; however, it also gives you a very long walk to lobby and bus stop. Do not then use the online request page when you do online check-in, because doing so would wipe out any requests made through MS.
