Staffing at PFQ?

Hi-

I'm very interested in changing my October ressies from POR to POFQ, but I am concerned about the staffing there.

When Disney re-opens a resort, or opens a brand new one for that matter, where does the staff come from? Are they all new employees hired for that property, or are they recruited from other resorts?

I would be leery about going to PFQ if everybody is new. That just sounds like a recipe for disaster!

They move people from different resorts so there are always experienced people at all resorts. I believe, in fact, that in the old days when POR and POFQ were both open, they would sometimes interchange staff. We would alternate between the two resorts on different stays and I swear that some of the same people would be at both.

I wouldn't worry about it.
