ITA! I just started the quest and I was like oooh Churro pin and then on #3 it's like this quest has been cancelled! The VMK website calendar isn't working for me but VMK pal says the room is open for another 7 hours. Argh!!!

So I think many got a much longer time at the quest than was intended.

Well it looked like it was to run untill 11:30PM vmk time well that is what the last calander update to vmk pal said and since the real vmk calander is down this is just bad. VMK BSOD during host game, Ends Quest, Takes Calander of Events Down. and Stops allowing us to Trade items, and Reduces Sale price. It has been a bad month on vmk.

I don't know what the actual VMK calendar says (like I said, it won't work for me ) but VMK pal has it listed on their calendar as 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM.

I think it was a typo though VMK closes at 10pm after all... they must have meant 11:30am --- isn't that usually when the morning activity ends?

Makes sense. It just seems odd that they'd make that typo, then give ppl a ton of extra time and suddenly take it off at a random time

Pal's clock is on West Coast time 11:30 PM is 8:30 EST

Actually, Mal, it's the other way around. 11:30 EST is 8:30 west coast, and it says to 11:30pm PT, which is technically 2:30 am EST--so it should still be open!

That's not cool, I hope they can get it back up for those who were working on it.

FYI, this happened last week too. They listed this time slot's activity as 8:30am - 11:30pm Pacific. Last week's quest ran past the (what should have been 11:30am Pacific) "proper" closing time too. However, staff caught that one much quicker! They had it shut down within 2 hours of what it should have been.

You would have thought they would have been prepared this week with it correctly listed as ending in the morning (Pacific), AND, stopped it on time. So it really WAS a goof up on their part, and what a bonus for players to be able to quest for the month's Host pin for so many extra hours!

(My mistake was thinking they really would have it corrected from last week, so when I got my one pin, I never even looked back. MANY hours later someone pointed out to me it was still running, so I tried and I too was at Mal's point of pirates when we got the message they finally caught it, and stopped it.)
