Stackable National coupons?

I have seen post stating that National will only except 1 coupon per rental. I wonder if some coupons are stackable. WHY WOULD National's web site have 3 spots to enter coupons if they only except 1 coupon?

Does anyone know what, if any coupons are stackable?

the reason they have those is for the EC members who rent enough to be awarded FREE day certificates,

in that case you could submit more than ONE coupon/code ( they might take up to 6 or 7 FREE days codes which might be different codes depending on how the award was earned

otherwise you can only apply one coupon per rental with national ( although when the new software came out there was a glitch which allowed mutliples of the entertainment code they now have that fixed and if you try to put in more than one code from Entertainment it comes back with an error )

So if I have two 2 free day certifcates, I can use them both? But I can't combine a dollars off coupon with an upgrade coupon or free day coupon, is that corrrect?

That's right. With the new website there are spots for the FREE certificates that you can earn with frequent renting. They still only accept one coupon per reservation. The coupon states that and when you call and ask they will tell you they will only accept ONE coupon per reservation.

Many have called to ask and that is the answer they are getting ONE coupon per reservation.

I dont' understand why the multiple coupon places either. National won't let me use a coupon with my free day..so the free day isn't usually worth it.

mousesavers says this doesnt really work
as when you go to pick up the car they will only let you use 1 coupon
i t is kinda misleading
