I read on another thread that At St Thomas you clear immigration deck by deck.

Which deck do they start with?

I have scheduled a non-DCL excursion (Fishing, what else) that day, and am concerned about the time.

Any help is appreciated.

Was on the 4/2 Magic eastern cruise. The instructions for the St. Thomas immigration check-in said for people with morning excurisions to go first. I think the first time was 6:30 AM and we were back at our cabin well before the time to leave for shore.

They ask for folks to go to immigration based on the time they plan to leave the ship. If you have an early excursion, then go first. We went to the Theater and they checked off our stateroom and seated us in rows in the order we came in. Then they call us row by row to go down and present our papers to the immigration officials. Working both sides it really went quite smoothly.

If you want to go first...go ahead...I don't really want to be there at 6:30 AM :sad2:
