you guys i'm doing terrible -- i really felt like I was going strong, especially during the week and having much more control on the weekends though not 100% i will admit and I just WI and I haven't lost a pound, in fact I'm up 2!
Please don't get discouraged. You know as well as I do, there could be many reasons why you were up today. Water retention, TOM, etc. We all are not perfect and never make the greatest of decisions all the time. You just have to start today as a new day and re-commit yourself. You and I both know that you can do this. You have come so far and have a great goal that you are working towards. I haven't gotten around to sending our PM emails, but will be working on that this week.
Keep your head held high, positive thinking and feel me looking over your shoulder today. I would have gotten off of the TM early today if I hadn't had you all in the back of my mind.
