St. Maarten: What excursion is your favorite?

My family (wife and step-daughter) are deciding on what to do when we arrive in St. Maarten on July 1st. My wife and I were married on July 1st last year at the Wedding Pavilion in WDW.

What excursion would be fun for the whole family? I have a nice surprise for my wife when we get on the ship, so celebrating our anniversary on St. Maarten is not a necessity. It really will be a week long celebration since the cruise is also an anniversary present.

Any suggestions on what to do when we reach St. Maarten would be appreciated.

We did the "Sea and See" - our ages range from 7 years to 74 years. It was interesting, fun and actually relaxing! Got some great underwater shots through the "sub" window and had a nice time looking around the Marketplace on the French side of the Island.
