St Maarten Portside Car Rental

I am thinking of renting a car in St Maarten instead of dealing with the taxis. I know that Hertz is located near the ships pier but does anyone know of another agency? I am trying to price this out vs. taxis for 2 adults and 2 kids (4 & 2). We will only be going to the beach on the French side and shopping in Phillipsburg.
